Our History

The company Formetal, s. r. o., has been selling sheet metal working machines such as Press Breakes, Shears, Punch Presses, Plate Roll Benders, CTL Lines, Trimming and Bordering Machines etc. for more than 10 years. Beucase of the experiences we have got in the management of ESPE Piesok, Press Breakes, Sheares and Roll Bending Machines producer, in former Czechoslovakia (after 1993, Slovakia), we launched into the market some of the world-famous machine producers such as Durmazlar, Davi Promau, GEKA, STAM, COMACA and so on.

In 2008 the Formetal company moved to the its new building that includes administrative and storage part and was built from Formetal´s own financial resources only. Since than we have also extended our goods range and we started to cooperate with Hi-Tech machines producers such CIDAN (Petersen Group) - Bending Machines, Shears, Lines; Biegemaster - Long Folding Machines; Codatto - Panel Machines, Dirinler - Eccentric and Hydraulic Presses; PB Engineering - Trimming Machines and other producers. We also cooperate with the Metalix company, which produces softwares for Lasers, Plasmas, Punch Presses and Press Breakes.

The Formetal company has delivered more than thousand machines to our market and became one of the strongest companies on the Czech market. Among our standard machines we offer technological services, training, guarantee and post guarantee service and financial advices and purchasing of used machines.

Our goal is to provide the best solution for processing and utilization of metal. We would appreciate any kind of comments that could help us to do our business better.
