Universal shearing and punching machines with two cylinders

Machines are driven by two cylinders which offers that ability to work simultaneously at two work stations. We offer Hydracrop models from 55 - 200 tons. Where production requires twin operator machines, higher speeds or greater capacity, GEKA provides the solution with the HYDRACROP range with five work stations:
- Punching
- Shear of flatbars
- Section shearing
- Square and circular shearing
- Notching

Universal shearing and punching machines with one cylinder GEKA M-crop

This range includes four electrically driven models with the following standard equipment: work table, limit switches and measuring scales. The shearing system consists of one single cut, without wasting any material. The MINICROP and MULTICROP have been fitted with a patented floating blade for cutting section iron without any deformation of the material. Compare to Hydracrop, M-crop offers cheaper operating. The range is 36 or 45 Tn.

Hydraulic punching machine GEKA Puma

Puma models are used especially for throat depth punching. The range of punching machines is
from 55 Tn to 220 Tn.
